CHIP Table at International Dinner
"What's CHIP?" was a common question at the International Dinner hosted August 13 by Central SDA Church at
Springs Adventist Academy. In addition to tables with cuisine from Indonesia, Africa, Russia, Central and South America,
CHIP alumni made seven of our favorite CHIP salads. Joy, Eileen, and Linda served them up to a packed
gymnasium of guests. Many came back for seconds and some took flyers with info on the next CHIP class.

Forks Over Knives Movie
Forks Over Knives is a feature film that ran in theaters and is now available on DVD. It features Drs. John McDougall, T. Colin Campbell, Caldwell Esselstyn, and Neal Barnard on why health is most effectively achieved through a whole-foods, plant-based diet. Follow several people as they turn their lives around. Sound familiar?
