What's Up with CHIP?

This 3-minute video tells the story!

The Complete Health Improvement Program, CHIP, is a lifestyle program designed to dramatically reduce and even reverse your risk of atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries). This silent process in the blood vessels is our No. 1 killer. If you are overweight, have high blood pressure, diabetes, angina, or high cholesterol, or wish to avoid these problems, CHIP is for you.

Scientific evidence shows that most type 2 diabetic, hypertensive, and heart disease patients can normalize and even reverse their condition with a healthy lifestyle. Let CHIP show you how to become healthy by choice, not by chance.

CHIP is the best investment you will ever make in your health. Live-in programs yielding similar results cost thousands. CHIP is the program you can’t afford to miss!

An outstanding educational experience for those who have or wish to avoid:

  • Heart Disease
  • High Blood Pressure
  • High Cholesterol
  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • Arthritis
  • Obesity

Learn how to:

  • Eat more and lose weight.
  • Drop blood cholesterol 15–20% in 30 days.
  • Reduce coronary risk factors with just your fork and knife.
  • Often reverse and normalize type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
  • Work with your physician to reduce reliance on prescription medications.
  • Develop long-term strategies for optimal health.

To help you maintain your improvement and learn even more about being healthy, CHIP provides a free monthly alumni support program.
